Corrective Exercise:
Improving Stability and Increasing Strength
Most injuries and pain involve imbalances and strength deficits. But not every patient requires the same exercises as the next. At Frontline, we use corrective and therapeutic exercises to supplement Adhesion Release treatment with the goal of improving strength and increasing longevity in the affected area.

Corrective exercises are an important step to recovery in our office. Used in conjunction with Manual Adhesion Release, Instrument Adhesion Release and K-Laser treatment, a specialized exercise program helps to improve strength, stability, motor-control and range of motion in the affected area.
Chronic pain, sports injuries, or a simple desire to improve body mobility and function. All are great reasons to schedule a consult appointment with us. Let's work together to treat your soft tissues and help you FUNCTION BETTER!
