The Frontline Difference

Pain is not always as simple as just a bone out of place. Most cases develop over time and need more than a "quick fix". With a complete Functional Assessment, Frontline identifies the exact problem tissues to give you a better diagnosis, better treatment and better results!

It's time to start living better.

How Can We Help?

Dr. Moreno specializes in finding and fixing muscle adhesion, which acts like a gluey build up that reduces muscle strength and flexibility. We use Active Release Technique to treat muscle adhesion and get you back on your way to healthy, pain-free living.

Our Process

Step 1. Consult

We’ll begin your care with a consultation to determine if our office and treatment methods are right for your condition.

Step 2. Assess

Through a functional assessment, we identify the problem tissues to develop a treatment plan for you.

Step 3. Treatment

We put an effective treatment plan into motion using the best tools available to treat your condition.

Step 4. Reassess

Our test, treat, and re-test method lets us track the success of your treatment and make necessary adjustments.

    Foot/Ankle Pain and Plantar Fasciitis

    • Plantar Fasciitis
    • Foot/Ankle Pain
    • Treatment of the Foot

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of pain on the bottom of the foot. The plantar fascia is a thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot from the heel to the toes. Inflammation of the plantar fascia is especially common in runners and active individuals, but can also affect a wide range of individuals, causing intense pain along the bottom of the foot.

For those suffering from plantar fasciitis finding relief from the constant pain can be a struggle. Manual therapy, joint manipulation, and therapeutic exercise all have proven benefits. Orthotics may be another option for care, which can be cast in our office. If you've been experiencing Plantar fasciitis, give our office a call or click here to schedule a consult and let us help you on your way toward pain-free living!

The foot and ankle area can be subject to pain from causes other than Plantar fasciitis. Other foot pain is often a matter of control or lack of control. When an individual walks, the foot is as the mercy of the lower limb and must compensate for misalignment above it which can cause chronic pain in the foot.

If you're experiencing foot and ankle pain, give our office a call or click here to get scheduled for a consult appointment and see if our treatment will work to get you moving toward Better Function and pain-free living!

    Hip Pain

    • Hip Pain
    • Treatment of the Hip

The hip is one of the most complex areas in the body. The joint itself moves through a large range of motion and is designed to handle the heavy loads we put ourselves through on a regular basis during daily living. When the hip joint is not moving the way it should it can not only cause hip pain but can also lead to pain in the low back and knee joints.

Soft tissue treatment can provide great benefits for those with hip pain by breaking down adhesion built up over many years which can increase range of motion and decrease your pain. Give us a call or click here to get a consult appointment scheduled and let us help you on your path to better living!
