FAQ’s

WHAT MAKES FRONTLINE SPINE AND SPORT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CLINICS?

All pain is not always as simple as just a bone being out of place. Most cases have developed over time and require more than just a “quick fix.” Through complete functional movement screens, we can narrow down the exact problem and the exact tissue(s) that need to be fixed. Manual therapy, joint manipulation, therapeutic exercise, or a combination of all three may be needed to fix your problem. Better diagnosis in our office, means better treatment, and better results for you!

Addressing the soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, fascia) allows us to fill a huge missing component of musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunctions. You can injure your soft tissues acutely from excessive force our trauma, or slowly over time through repetitive motions.

The formula is quite simple. Healthy movement results in, Healthy tissue, which results in Healthy Load. Frontline Spine & Sport is proud to be the Functional Movement Expert’s in the Quad Cities and surrounding area!

AREN'T ALL CHIROPRACTOR'S THE SAME?

Not at all. Many people are surprised to learn that most chiropractors practice differently. Based on our studies, travels, and clinical research, we understand that the combination of joint and muscle manipulation, rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises offers patients superior, results-oriented care. The Frontline philosophy is we assess a patient's movement, determine their current state of function, and then pinpoint the involved tissues. Once the diagnosis has been made we apply the most effective treatment to restore function and movement.

Our knowledge of anatomy and the body's mechanics, coupled with our treatment techniques, provide us with the insight to know what tissue to improve, what corrective exercises to use, and what load management to change.

This comprehensive, evidence-based approach produces results in an efficient time frame. Most of our patients are excused from care between four and twelve visits depending on the complexity of their condition.

Understanding that reduction in pain and restoring function are different yet related.
